Why we are called Master's Touch
Anyone can cover a syllabus. Standing in front of a room and delivering the term content is not difficult, and it is what most children in Ghana receive. What is difficult, and what almost nobody has time for, is noticing the precise moment a particular child stopped following, and going back for them.
That noticing is the craft. It is why a child can sit through three years of mathematics lessons and still not understand fractions, and why one patient hour with the right person can undo it.

Diagnose before you teach
Most tutoring fails for one reason: it starts teaching the topic the parent named rather than the topic the child is actually stuck on. Those are frequently years apart.
Find the real gap
A child failing Grade 9 algebra is often missing something from Grade 6. We look backwards until we find solid ground.
Teach to understanding
Not to the end of the worksheet. A tutor moves on when the learner can explain it back, not when the clock says so.
Prove it stuck
Regular written assessment, because a child who nods is not the same as a child who knows.
How we choose a tutor
Subject knowledge is the entry requirement, not the qualification. Plenty of people who know mathematics cannot teach it to a frightened fourteen year old. Every tutor is matched to your child individually, and if the pairing is wrong, we change it.

Not one chapter ahead of the learner. A tutor quietly revising the night before cannot answer the unexpected question.
